Publishers include 30 minutes of concierge support monthly for routine maintenance and small requests. Additional time is billed at $175/hr in 15-minute increments. Members have community-based support in Member Spaces with no response-time guarantees.
Yes. Many professional publishers have existing compliance requirements. We provide the onboarding checklist to align your environment with our standards. Your hosting account remains directly with your provider (AWS, WP Engine, etc.).
Yes. We propose the lowest-risk path after reviewing your current codebase and content model. Migration scope is assessed and quoted separately as legacy systems vary widely. Early Access members receive priority scheduling.
Services like transactional email, storage overages, or excessive bandwidth are passed through at cost. We don’t mark up these utilities.
At least 5% of all license revenue is diverted to the Newsplicity Maker Fund. This fund is used to sustain the open-source maintainers of the critical plugins and infrastructure within our curated stack, ensuring the tools you rely on are never abandoned.
